Yes! A ceremony can be added to your wedding day experience and will contribute to your event minimum.
With the ceremony package add-on, you are guaranteed one hour for your ceremony rehearsal. The date and time will be confirmed 30 days before your wedding. Your officiant is responsible for orchestrating the rehearsal. A member of our staff will be on site to assist with any questions.
Yes! You can add time earlier in the day or later into the evening at an additional cost. The whole day is yours to use!
Yes! All bar packages are fully customizable.
No, we are a permit-holding premises.
- Group tastings occur monthly. Gourmet Fresh will reach out to you to schedule which group tasting you will attend!
- Detail Meeting: 6-7 months before your event date.
- Final Phone Call: 5-6 weeks before your event date.
For weddings, final guest counts are due at the Final Phone Call, 5-6 weeks out from your event.

Yes! Our Racing Room is a great rain plan for your inside ceremony.
Yes! Take advantage of our winter season pricing for dates in January through February, as well as off-peak season dates in March, April, November, and December.
Yes! Custom enhancements are available for your day, including upgraded linens, specialty rentals, bar upgrades, lighting enhancements, and more! Please check with our venue team about preferred vendors.

We are typically open Monday-Friday and some Saturdays for tours depending on our event schedule. All tours must be scheduled by appointment only. Schedule a Tour to see our current openings — we would love to show you around!
The venue address is 801 Darby Creek Drive, Galloway OH.
- The 801 address will bring you to the stone gate house and front gates located approximately 1 mile south of Broad Street.
- Since Darby House is located on Darby Dan Farm, a private estate, the gate will likely be closed.
- There is a call box to the left when you pull up to the gate, you will dial 001 then hit the call button. That will then dial to the Darby House office and an associate will answer and open the gate for you.
- Once through the front gates, drive straight back down the driveway about ¾ of a mile, you’ll come down a hill, and then you’ll see the Darby House on the right.
- Feel free to follow the “Main Entrance” sign and pull right up to the front doors and park in the loop.
- Please come in and we will meet you in the front foyer area!
